The Porcelain Capital in China
Jingdezhen is a city renowned for its millennia-long tradition of porcelain production, and is particularly celebrated for its exquisite blue and white ware, much of which was once made for the emperor. The city has held on to tradition, and continues to craft pottery by hand. Ceramic artists from around the world come to Jingdezhen in order to work with local studios and create high-quality ceramics.
Whilst Jingdezhen ceramics encompass a vast array of styles, from small teacups to giant fish bowls, these workshops focus on its famed eggshell-thin porcelain techniques. Each step of the process, including throwing, trimming, surface decoration, glazing and kiln firing, employs precise methods to achieve porcelain wares that are as strong as they are translucent—a combination of deeply understanding porcelain clay properties and specialized tools.

What I do for artists?
Throughout the years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with remarkable artists who have journeyed to Jingdezhen to create their masterpieces. Many emerging artists come here seeking exploration and inspiration, and I’m here to support them with language assistance, connectivity, communication, and management.
Whether you're eager to craft exceptional pieces on the potter's wheel or aspire to achieve stunning sculptural works, Jingdezhen is the perfect place for your creative vision to come to life, guided by the skilled hands of local craftsmen.
Here, where tradition converges with modern art, East meets West, and stoneware embraces white bricks while celadon intertwines with raku, you will embark on a magical journey of artistic discovery.
